SPEAKERS:
Anne Mayor, community manager, and Laurent Traversac, IT manager at the regional office of Crédit Agricole Nord Midi-Pyrénées.
SUMMARY:
The speakers will present an overview of the duties of an in-company community manager by setting out the issues involved and the use of an online reputation strategy.
They will use real-life examples to show the benefits and risks for company being present on or absent from social networks. They will then identify the levers of influence for building a positive reputation. Finally, the possible responses to possible attacks will be presented through references to actual cases.
The conference will explain online reputation, its stakes and risks, different methods in managing a positive identity, the possible responses to an attack and crisis management principles. The end of the talk will look into social selling.
The session is open to the public but requires prior registration.
