Institute in Space, Territories, Culture and Communications Law
The Institute in Space, Territories, Culture and Communications Law was created in 1991 and forms part of the Law Faculty of Toulouse Capitole University. The institute has a nucleus of legal experts who specialise in the research areas corresponding to the institute’s name, as well as other scientific disciplines, which now pertain to the eight different sections of the French universities council, the Conseil National des Universités
The majority of the IDETCOM’s lecturer-researchers are based in the Arsenal building (main building) of Toulouse Capitole University.
