Since 1 January 2016, interactions between the administration and citizens have been governed by the Code on Relations between the Public and the Administration, also known as the CRPA. The rules governing these relations were previously contained in various texts and in case law. This code has therefore centralised these rules and made them more understandable. This book contains the annotated and commented text of this Code. The detailed comments found in the articles provide a better understanding and interpretation of them. This tool will quickly become essential to local authorities wanting peaceful relations with their constituents, whether citizens or legal entities with which they interact.
